Try these first

• Install the latest build available to you.
• Sign out and sign back in if your codename or score does not refresh.
• Retry profile loading if the app reports a temporary Firebase or Firestore error.
• Check your connection if the app says cloud sync is offline.

• Your in-game codename.
• Whether you used Google or Apple sign-in.
• The platform you were using: web or iPhone.
• The app version shown in the in-app Settings screen.
• The last visible loading or error step if the app gets stuck on launch.
